These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Maison De Soi and the participant ("Client," "you," or "your"). There are no verbal or written representations, warranties, agreements, or understandings other than those expressly stated herein.
A retreat booking is confirmed once:
To reserve your place, a non-refundable deposit is required. Your deposit secures your spot and covers non-refundable costs including accommodation reservations, retreat planning, and vendor commitments.
Failure to make full payment by the due date may result in cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of any payments already made.
Maison De Soi reserves the right to cancel your booking if the balance is not paid by the due date.
All payments, including deposits and balances, are non-refundable and non-transferable.
All retreat payments are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
Because Maison De Soi incurs significant expenses in advance—including accommodations, food, transportation, facilitators, and retreat planning—we are unable to offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email and are only considered valid once confirmed by Maison De Soi in writing.
If you cancel and we are able to fill your place from the waitlist, Maison De Soi may, at its sole discretion, transfer a portion of your payment toward a future retreat within 12 months, less any non-refundable costs already incurred.
We strongly recommend that all participants purchase comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking.
Your insurance should ideally cover:
Travel insurance is the only way to protect your investment should you be unable to attend.
Maison De Soi reserves the right to cancel a retreat for any reason, including insufficient enrollment, force majeure, illness, weather, travel restrictions, or circumstances beyond our control.
Maison De Soi will not cancel a retreat less than 30 days before the retreat start date unless circumstances beyond our control make it necessary.
If Maison De Soi cancels a retreat, you may choose one of the following:
Maison De Soi is not responsible for any additional expenses incurred by you, including flights, travel arrangements, visas, insurance, or other personal costs.
You are responsible for obtaining and carrying all required travel documents, including:
Your passport should be valid for at least six months beyond your return date.
Maison De Soi is not responsible for denied boarding, entry, or participation due to missing or invalid travel documents.
By participating in a Maison De Soi retreat, you acknowledge that certain activities may involve physical, emotional, or spiritual experiences, including but not limited to:
You are solely responsible for determining whether you are physically, mentally, and emotionally fit to participate.
You agree to inform Maison De Soi in advance of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, dietary restrictions, medications, or mental health concerns that may affect your participation.
Maison De Soi is not a medical provider and does not diagnose, treat, or cure any physical or mental health condition.
Any guidance, practices, or sessions offered are intended for personal growth, relaxation, and wellbeing only.
Maison De Soi is committed to creating a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for all participants.
Participants are expected to act respectfully toward other guests, facilitators, staff, accommodation providers, and local communities.
Maison De Soi reserves the right to remove any participant from the retreat, without refund, if their behavior is disruptive, unsafe, abusive, intoxicated, unlawful, or negatively impacts the experience of others.
Maison De Soi reserves the right to make changes to the retreat itinerary, accommodations, facilitators, activities, or schedule when necessary due to weather, safety, illness, availability, travel delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
We will make every effort to provide a retreat experience of equal quality and value.
Some retreat services may be provided by independent third parties, including accommodations, transportation providers, guides, activity leaders, or wellness practitioners.
Maison De Soi is not liable for the acts, omissions, or performance of any third-party service provider.
During the retreat, Maison De Soi may photograph or film portions of the experience for future promotional use.
By attending the retreat, you grant Maison De Soi permission to use photos or videos in which you may appear, unless you notify us in writing before the retreat begins that you do not wish to be photographed or filmed.
Maison De Soi shall not be liable for any injury, illness, loss, damage, delay, expense, accident, emotional distress, or inconvenience arising from:
By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with the retreat and release Maison De Soi and its owners, employees, contractors, and facilitators from liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state or country in which Maison De Soi is legally registered.
Any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
